2 Vintage Ben Pearson Archery Fiberglass Takedown Recurve Bows #302 #304
The winning bidder will receive the two bows pictured. They are both late 1950's Ben Pearson solid fiberglass take down recurve bows. One of them is a model 304 and is marked 304 on the lower limb. This one has tan original paint and is 64 inches long tip to tip unstrung. It has a tan leather wrapped grip with two shelfs. Poundage is unknown but most of these are usually around 45 pounds. This one will not pull apart like it should as someone glued it together and put small nails thru the grip into the limb base. The nails have been removed but the glue is holding it together. This one does not have a string. It has no damage and looks to be a shooter. The other is marked 302 on the lower limb base and pulls apart easily like it should. This one is unpainted original brown and tan fiberglass. It is just over 60 inches tip to tip. It has a dark brown leather wrapped grip with two shelfs. It has an old string and poundage is unknown. Guessing around 40 pounds. This one has no damage either and looks to be a shooter. Buyer gets the pair as they are and pays shipping of 15.00 priority insured mail.
